The inclusion in this Framework Agreement allows us to further our mission of delivering comprehensive and reliable security, fire and life safety services to a broader range of clients. Through the framework agreement, contracting authorities can access pre-approved suppliers to suit all requirements, from regional small to medium sized specialists to national providers. With this new opportunity, we are poised to enhance our offerings and continue setting high standards.
“NHS SBS are excited to bring this new framework agreement to market. It has been developed to provide the NHS with a full scope of security services including; guarding services, CCTV, VSS, consultancy, lone working devices and security alarms. Part of our evaluation process measured the ability of bidders to tackle modern slavery in their supply chain and provide apprenticeships through the delivery of the framework agreement, so approved organisations using it will benefit from working with suppliers who are committed to delivering social value.
The framework agreement has been developed with a regional structure to facilitate both national and SME suppliers, we are delighted to see a blend of awarded suppliers to provide a choice of solutions for the NHS.” Nick Verburg, Head of Category Management, NHS Shared Business Services.
Darren Gamage, Chief Operating Officer at KST, said: “We are delighted to be appointed on to a framework that is fully accredited by the NHS. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise our expertise in the healthcare sector as we work to deliver value for the NHS and its customers. We already work with many of the UK’s largest Trusts and we look forward to expanding our services to bring innovation to the sector”
